Excellent experience. Brenda the technician explained everything that was going to be done and was very thorough. Dr. Aiden was professional and a pleasure to work with. The girls at the counter were so friendly and helpful. Selena, Irma, and Jenny, keep up the great work. I felt like I had a thorough eye exam and would recommend this store to everyone.
I have been going to Cohen's Optical in NYC for 20years i moved and this Cohen's is closest to me my eye coverage is GVS through work. Well let me say best experience ever !!! I delt with Stephanie,Janel and Selena the customer service was great took the time showed me all the glasses in my insurance price coverage and didn't try to upsell. Cohen's Fashion Optical has the best staff and service. From the minute you walk in the door they make you feel welcomed. Optometrist is amazing and takes the time needed to be sure you get what you need. Stephanie and front desk staff are responsive and friendly. Communication is great. Thank you all. I highly recommend them.
I’ve been a Cohen’s customer for years. Started @ the mall for me, back in 2009-2010. Great staff, I had the pleasure meeting Stephanie for the first time. So without making this a novel. I’m still a loyal customer all these years later. Why, you might ask? Very simple my friends, very simple. The staff, the staff, the staff… Everyone is professional/helpful & knowledgeable in what they do. They take really good care of me & my needs. Even little things like cleaning my glasses, adjusting my nose piece, and if repairs are needed. No worries I’m covered. So forgive me, I really bad with names, Irma, Jen, Boogie Down (aka) Steph😉🤩Yasmin, & Selena. The Doctor’s as well, especially Doc K. Hey, I have progressive Vision and my proscription lenses are hella💵💸. Still the level of service that I receive is why I will continue to my eye care with cohens of Middletown. To the boss, everyone deserves a raise.💵 I just came in the beginning of the month for a new nose guard for my Oakley’s. Left with new guards ordered and new glasses ordered, along with an appointment to check eyesight the next day. Always working Steph, the girl is always working. Fred F
I cannot say enough about the amazing experience I had going to Cohen Optical in Middletown NY. In need of an eye exam and new glasses, I was greeted at the front desk by Irma with a smile. She took care of all necessary paperwork for me to sign. Then Yasmin, a Med Tech, took eye readings on the many diagnostic machines. From there I saw Dr. Kahle, who looked over my diagnostic images. She also did her own assessments and found my perfect eyeglass prescription. Lastly I was assisted by Selena who helped me pick out a beautiful pair of glasses. 🤓 Stephanie the manager, oversees the office to run like a well oiled machine. Everyone is knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The professionalism is beyond compare. From now on, I will only have my annual eye exam and get glasses at Cohen Optical in Middletown.
