I cannot thank Dr. Alison Loranger and the Advanced Eye Care staff enough for their outstanding diagnostic skills and rapid action. I came in with concerning visual symptoms, and the doctor performed an incredibly thorough dilated exam, immediately identifying a retinal tear. Recognizing the urgency, she and her team acted swiftly to coordinate my care, securing me an emergency appointment with a specialist that very same afternoon. Her expertise literally saved my vision. If you want an eye care team that is meticulous, compassionate, and ready to act in your best interest, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

I absolutely LOVE Dr Loranger! I was her patient for several years when she was with another practice and was so sad when she left. Just recently I discovered she opened her own practice and she is now my eye doctor again. She is so knowledgeable and compassionate and spends all the time you need to discuss your eyes. The whole office is very welcoming and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else with these eyes!

Had my first and last appointment on October. The Dr. was fine. Months later, after me calling them, calling my insurance, they've not manged to bill my insurance correctly, and continue to send me incorrect bills. Both my insurance and Advanced Eyecare acknowledged the problem was with Advanced Eyecare, but they failed to follow up on their mistake as promised, other then sending me bills that wouldn't exist if they had billed my insurance. if you have Anthem or Eyemed I wouldn't go here, they don't know how to bill those insurance companies and you're going to have a headache. Edit - After emailing the practice and posting this review, they reached out and apologized for lack of communication. They removed the remaining balance from my bill, and said that my insurance was mistaken and the bill had been correct. I don't know which is true, but I appreciate them following up. I changed my review to 3 stars based on this followup.

Friendly, professional staff and service! Great selection of frames! Dr. Loranger is great, compassionate and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!!

Dr Loranger and her associates are very pleasant and professional. They spend all the time with you that you need. And I liked their choice of frames.
