Went to the eye center today to get a pair of glasses. The process was so simple, fast and efficient. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and had little to no waiting time before they were able to help me. I didn't have my prescription on paper and they were able to get it faxed to them. A shoutout to Talia and her exceptional costumer service skills.
Doli -The optical technician was amazing! There were plenty of frames to choose from with a wide range of styles, brands, & pricepoints, she was patient & empathetic working within my insurance parameters, and I received my glasses very quickly. It was a great experience and about a third of price compared to the optical shop at my optometrist office.
My first time needing prescription glasses. These ladies were knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to deal with. I am extremely satisfied with the end product and it cost me half the price of a big-named vision company with better perks! Like a 60 day return policy, free case & lens cleaner, automatic one year warranty.... Awesomeness! :)
Talia and Katrina were AMAZING with my 3 year old daughter Aria this morning. We needed new sunglasses for her and she insisted we needed to go to the "glasses store" for them. I brought her over to look and both women working said she was free to walk around. They asked her what her favorite color was, let her try on actual glasses frames, and had her try on sunglasses too! Originally I had no intentions of buying sunglasses there and was going to buy the $5 ones in the store, but the women there were so sweet to my daughter and she ended up loving the sunglasses she had on. While ringing up my order Talia gave her a purple glasses case (her favorite color) to keep her new shades save! Thank you ladies so much... you went above and beyond and Ari won't stop talking about her experience!
Glasses broke within first 60 days. Took them back and they "repaired" them but I can already see that where they repaired them it's loose and likely to break. These were not cheap frames. Also, I don't see as well with these and it's the same prescription as my old glasses (my eyes didn't change). What a waste of $300 plus. Start to finish the customer service was not great. I'll never go back there.
