We have been to your Belgrade facility twice, so we are relatively new to your practice. We had an appointment today that was in Bozeman. We were not aware there was a Bozeman office. So consequently we were a bit late. I would recommend you make new patients aware that there might be times they would visit different offices.
I received a call informing me that I had missed my scheduled appointment. I was disappointed as I was getting into my car to go as I had a different appointment time on my calendar. The office was gracious and told me I could still be seen if I could arrive in 10 to 15 minutes, which I did. The visit was great, I picked out my new glasses and had a great experience! Thank you!!
Our family has been going to see Dr. Todd for years. He and his staff are friendly, professional and efficient. I was in and out in less than an hour and didn’t feel rushed in the least. He’s gone to great lengths in the past to get me in the best contacts.
