I love the team there. They are super user friendly. They always accommodate me And answer all my questions when I have about my prescriptions and insurance. They are flexible with scheduling. Special shout out to Emily for her patience and fitting me with the best glasses.
We placed the order for the new frames and after 9 weeks we still don't have them! And the worst part is I didn't hear any apologies for this at all. It was so unprofessional that I had to follow up every single day to hear that it's postponed yet another week. And now they say I'll wait for a new order to process for about another 3 weeks. If you'd like to get glasses in 3 months, you're at the right place!!!
This was my first appointment with them and they provided excellent service. Dr. Wong was very thorough and clarified all my questions. The staff was very welcoming and made the entire process easy and fast. I brought my 7-month-old baby with me and I was anxious to bring her since she might fuss and cry but the staff offered to watch her and I was able to focus my full attention on the exams. I felt genuinely cared for as a patient. All in all, it was a great visit and will recommend them for optometric services.

The staff here is absolutely wonderful – from the helpful friendly faces at the front desk, to the support techs, to the doctors. I had a 10/10 experience at my appointment. The doctor even notified me that my insurance covers prescription sunglasses, so I left with a new pair! Everyone is super nice, attentive, and patient. Some of the best care I’ve received at any doctor appointment!
