The whole staff , Dr. Post and Dr. Green are all the kindest people. I’m always nervous going to any doctor’s office but not here. I went in for an annual checkup with Dr. Green just last week and I had no idea I actually had a medical emergency . He knew by just looking at my face that something was off because even I didn’t know. He quickly diagnosed the problem, prescribed the appropriate medication and the prompt treatment saved me from a lot of pain. I am incredibly grateful and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent ophthalmologist.

My mom had a visit on Wednesday 1/28/26 @ 2pm, I had an odd experience at the front desk. While speaking with the receptionist (who was very kind), another staff member interjected from behind the desk to discuss an outstanding balance and immediately quoted the cost of the current visit plus an additional 20% before my mother had even been seen. They explained that there was a past-due balance and stated they had attempted to reach out multiple times. I requested that future communication regarding billing be directed to me rather than my mother. Although I did not have the full balance available at the time, I was able to make a $100 payment. When I asked about the possibility of a payment plan, I was told they are offered, but a comment was made that “most patients don’t follow through.” I found this remark unnecessary and discouraging, and it made me feel judged for simply asking about available options. They had a $50 a month or week plan which I will take advantage of but I will pay it off on behalf of my mom ASAP so she doesn’t have to deal with it. I made sure to bring up the payment plan multiple times so they know i remember. I believe financial discussions should be handled more privately and with greater professionalism. Clear communication is important.
Dr. Post is professional, kind, and his entire staff made me feel comfortable with their top notch organization and flow of patients. As a retired medical person, I definitely would refer him to anyone seeking excellent eye care.
Very courteous personnel . Dr Post is an angel.Best human being you can meet. He is very caring and professional. Would recommend to everyone.
This place was a complete waste of money and time. It was a pinky and the brain cartoon experience that no one should have to go through.
