Not entirely sure if it’s possibly the new eye doctor making the rest of the staff upset but the customer service with this location has severely gone down hill. Ariana has been the main person I’ve had consistent issues with. Nothing but attitude when you question what she’s advised, when you also advise that in the past something’s gone a different way she talks down to you about the question you asked. This location also switched my contact brand without notice to gain more profit and claimed it was for an astigmatism that’s I’ve had since I’ve started wearing glasses (well over 10 years), advised they’d lower my prescription due to this when I’ve had contacts at this prescription with an astigmatism for years. Went from being completely covered with insurance to now owing $50 and the eye exam cost for them. This place has become extremely outrageous and I will not be returning. I’d advise others to not go to this location either.
