After a really bad experience with another eye practice here in SW FL, I was referred to All Saints Eye Center and Dr Zimm. From the moment the referral was approved, I've been very pleased with the entire staff at his Ft Myers office and the surgery center in Naples. Everyone has been kind, professional, and caring in their interactions! I've had cataract surgery on both eyes as well as LASIK to improve my vision and have scheduled a fine tuneup for astigmatism, after which I will schedule an eyelid lift for both eyes to correct my droopy lids. All of this through Dr Zimm's practice. I have the utmost confidence in all of them! Their training and actions are excellent! 5 stars!

I should rate zero. We came to this office because they took our insurance. We have eye test done and the dilation of the pupil. After the visit a bill of $400 came where they practically charged all outside the coverage of the insurance. They never told us those tests were not part of coverage. Very dishonest practice. Never again.

Staff is very friendly. Had cataracts removed from both eyes and surgery center is like a well oiled machine. I am so very impressed. Dr. Zimm is great

Very professional and friendly office. Everyone from the front desk to the medical assistance and doctors are all so wonderful here. My husband and I both love All Saints.

When you have an emergency you’re under stress. Getting a quick appointment is almost impossible. But, not at All Saints. Just plain great professional service. And, with a smile! What could be better?
