I found this Walmart to be one of the better ones. Not all Walmart Stores are the same. I found the store to be generally clean with the merchandise well organized on the sleeves, where it should be. Keeping a neat and tidy store the size of this one is a notable accomplishment. The selection is the best you'll find in a department store anywhere. After all, this is Walmart. I asked one of the employees for assistance locating women's sun hats and she was so very helpful. Leading me to the exact location where there was a good selection of sun hats to choose from. This was better service than I expected and was a great impression of the kind of store this is. And there were a few nice sun hats on clearance. My lucky day. .... I'll be back to this Walmart again soon.

Thank God for walmart auto center! I was getting ready to go on a long trip. I swung in and asked if they could put air in my tires. Angel said absolutely he'd help me out. Angel started filling the tires up. I was stand out side the garage watching. One of my valve stems was leaking air i didnt know. I would not need a new tire just the valve stem could be replaced for only $3.00. I Appreciate Angel saving me from a disastrous road trip along with God! Jerry in auto center was also was incredibly helpful got my windshield wipers installed and did an exchange for One i bought earlier they didn't have 24" in stock on that brand but we found 2 that would work great! Thanks to the Isaiah service tech who installed my valve Stem and put\nOn my new windshield wipers too super nice guy as well! Thanks Walmart!!!
⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Today is my birthday, and I wanted to start the day by taking good care of my car. I even changed my plans and woke up early so I could make my 10:30 AM engine oil change appointment at Walmart Auto Care Center for my BMW 328i xDrive. I arrived on time, handed over my keys, and was asked to wait. After waiting for nearly an hour with no updates, I politely asked a representative how much longer it would take. Instead of receiving a courteous response, I was spoken to rudely and told that he didn’t know what was happening in the service area. Only after I asked did someone check on my vehicle and move it into the garage. A few minutes later, a technician informed me that they did not have the proper equipment to perform the oil change. My question is simple: if Walmart Auto Care Center cannot service my vehicle, why was I allowed to book the appointment after entering my vehicle information? The system should not accept appointments that the shop cannot fulfill. This experience wasted over an hour of my time and completely disrupted my plans for the day. I came in expecting a professional service but left disappointed by the lack of communication, poor customer service, and an appointment system that failed to deliver what it promised. I hope Walmart improves both its scheduling process and the way customers are treated.
I had an amazing experience thanks to Christina and Natalia at Walmart. They truly went above and beyond to help me and never gave up until they found a solution. Both were extremely kind, patient, respectful, and professional throughout the entire process. Christina was especially incredible — super intelligent, attentive, and genuinely caring. You can tell she truly loves helping customers. Employees like them make a huge difference. Thank you both for providing such outstanding customer service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I went in to get my tires rotated and a leak fixed. They could not find the leak and twice I asked the man if he rotated my tires and twice he said yes. He lied to me. I was there for 1.5 hours for nothing. This place use to be great but over the last year it has sunk to a new low. Lying to me was not a good thing to do. Even worse the same bozo put in a TPMS sensor on another visit and never programed it For a year I thought it was the the tpms module but before paying the dealer I bought an autel maxitpms tool for $250 to find out what was wrong with my TPMS system. WALMART is what is wrong with it. They can't find a leak or program the tpms sensors so these clueless techs are doing more harm than good. I imagine there have been hundreds of people taking their cars to the dealer after leaving this place. After 12 years of buying tires here I am done. Good Riddance.
