There aren't enough stars. I had a decent idea what to expect because my husband had his cataract surgery several years ago at Collins. First and foremost is the quality of the team, from top to bottom. The care and patience with questions and concerns is very reassuring. Dr Collins took the time to explain my options with the replacement lenses and to discuss my day to day activities and how they could be helped by the different lenses. The surgery center team was equally great-very attentive and helpful. Wait time at both places was very limited and follow up appointments have been scheduled quickly. When the date of my second surgery had to be changed, I was actually contacted before I had the first one, so there were no surprises. Special shout out to Stephanie Echevarria for her patience with emailed questions that I knew were pretty elementary but she answered quickly and I was glad to have someone I could email and get my questions answered. I wholeheartedly recommend Collins Vision and I thank them for a great experience.
