From the moment I walked in, the setup made a great first impression, clean, organized, and efficient without feeling cold or rushed. The front desk greeted me right away and helped with paperwork and questions in a way that felt patient and respectful, not like I was being processed through a system. What really stood out to me was the team. Every single person I interacted with was fantastic, helpful, kind, and genuinely understanding. They didn’t just move me from room to room; they took the time to explain what they were doing, what they were looking for, and what my options were. I never felt talked down to or brushed off, and that’s rare these days. Because of timing and scheduling, I did have to wait about a week to get in, but trust me when I say: you want to wait for them. I would much rather wait a few extra days and know I’m in good hands than be rushed into a place that treats me like a number.
