Excellent site, clean office, professional representatives, attentive and kind people in office. Dr. Margaret Ball is an excellent doctor in my opinion. She explained all the medical issues that affect my eyes and she took time to guide me to better health. Highly recommend going to this office for your medical eye needs.

The office staff are always friendly and welcoming, and I really like Dr. Ball. I’ve been coming to her for nine years. The only complaint I have is the wait . It’s usually 30 minutes or more before I see the doctor, even though I am taken back to a room in a timely manner.

Excellent experience at Winter Park Vision Specialists. Dr. Marguerite Ball-Thomas is a fantastic optometrist. I really appreciated her patience during my exam and her extensive knowledge. She explained everything clearly and didn't rush the appointment. The office staff was also wonderful! Thank you all!

Wait time to see the doctor was no time at all. A lot of time was spent waiting while the Doctor saw other patients after ushered to the exam room. Other than that everything was as expected. Unfortunately the office K9 mascot was on vacation. Big disappointment.
