Recently I needed a new prescription filled quickly as I was going out of state. I went to this location because of their stated turnaround time. (I live in Longwood so was a bit of a drive). I found every single person to be cordial, respectful, and competent. It was probably the best experience I've had for eyeglasses. On top of that the pricing was exceedingly competitive and they had my glasses done in 3hrs (and they weren't just a single lens). I can't imagine why anyone could give them anything out of a 10 out of 10. EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS.

Appointment was at 10am. Took 1 hour to do the exam and get glasses for my 9 year old. They were extremely patient and let her try on roughly 30 pairs of glasses. We finally settled for two pairs. Annette is absolutely amazing, I’d definitely refer this place and we will be back for any future needs! Thank you so much!

Carson did an amazing job tinting my lenses. I showed him a reference picture of the exact look I wanted, and he matched it perfectly. The tint came out clean, even, and exactly how I envisioned it. He was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and incredibly customer-friendly throughout the entire process. Carson took the time to make sure everything was right and made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Excellent customer service! Carolina was very sweet and welcoming, and Miguel was the one who helped me the most. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. They both made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Definitely recommend!

This place is awesome! A screw popped out of my polarized sunglasses causing the frame to separate and the lens to fall out. I took it to the Winter Park location yesterday morning and was greeted by a very nice lady (wish I knew her name) who repaired them in less than five minutes at no charge. We will definitely be back when it's time to replace our prescription glasses. Thank you!
