I feel we hit the jackpot of Eye Doctors and Staff. They are outstanding at their expertise. Well established, thorough, very personable and welcoming. The team went above and beyond for me. I felt genuinely cared for and appreciated. The Dr did research on the things I was telling him and wanted to help me figure out the issue even if it wasn’t eye related. The optician was also very fun to work with and helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses based on what I told her I liked.
I have been coming to Eyes of Winter Park for about 3-4 years now; and now my entire family also goes here. We love it! The staff is warm and friendly and Dr. Richardson is thorough. No long wait times either! Highly recommend!
Unbelievably great experience, front end staff was professional, friendly and efficient. Dr. Richardson made sure he understood your needs and concerns and after a thorough exam made suggestions on paths forward and any treatment options. Great experience.
Had the pleasure of meeting Dr.Francisco. I was having double vision problems and was looking for a specialist that offered precision glasses. He was one of few Dr's in Central Florida that offered this service and was highly recommended by other Dr's. He and his staff was very knowledgeable about my condition and he clearly explained my diagnosis and came up with a solution ensuring that I would be satisfied.
