Dr. L’Ami was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain my eye health and updated prescription in a way that was easy to understand. The office was clean, modern, and uses great technology. The front desk team made check in a breeze. I didn’t have to wait past my appointment time. Highly recommend!

Dr L'Ami was great! She got me dialed in quick, answered my questions thoroughly, and she was very pleasant. The front desk staff were helpful and kept things moving well. The technician who administered the tests was also very clear and efficient.
I had a disappointing experience at this eye care office. The woman at the front desk came across as unfriendly and acted like she was above everyone else. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt like I was an inconvenience. The doctor was also very pushy and dismissive. She made me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about, even though I’ve been wearing glasses and contact lenses for over 20 years. The overall attitude from both the front desk and the doctor came across as arrogant, which made the visit uncomfortable.
The staff are very helpful, friendly and professional. The eye tests were done with the highest level of precision and the new lenses and prescription were for once correct the first time - not like with other optometrist I saw over the last 4 years. I can highly recommend them for great service and accuracy with your eyes.
