GREAT JOB AMERICAS BEST I stopped by without an appointment because my glasses needed repair, and I was so impressed by the service I received. The two gentlemen, Kevin & Rico, who helped me were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. They fixed my glasses right away without any hesitation and made the entire experience easy and pleasant. The store itself was clean, neat, and very welcoming. It was clear that they take pride in both their appearance and their business—the staff were well-dressed and presented themselves professionally. This was one of the easiest and friendliest eye appointments I’ve had! Rico was really helpful in getting my contacts ordered and sent to the right place since I’m from out of state. Stephanie was great as well, super friendly and knowledgeable. I’d highly recommend this location.
I Went To go pick up my new glasses 01/24/26 and the gentlemen that helped me with fitted and adjustment was awesome and customer service skill was on point. Even though it was a bit busy they kept letting me know we’ll be right with you and checking on me I appreciate it ! Loving the coach glasses !!!! Fits me well !!!! Definitely should visit northlake and lake park location :)
