I had nerd 🤓 this glassware after you guys smoked my glasses up. I’m goin to give 4 start because I like the frame. But you know who do it. Don’t try to cover it up 👀 hmmmm 🕵️🕵️🕵️should hire me instead or send me a free frame, by mail I feel bad for my Wife having to write a review. But at the time it was the most appropriate thing to do

optician at this location is very nasty rude, and has no bedside manners. His disposition is very ugly. It does not go out of his way to help the Help me who's been a long time Customer of Stanton logical I did not have time to do a exam that same day, but my contacts had ripped and I made an appointment to go back and do the exam the same week And I asked for a pair to hold me over until Thursday rudely deny that, and as I said, I made the appointment to come back to same week to get your permit to order the Contacts plus he wanted me to purchase a pair of trials .. trials are giving freely to these businesses or so that people can try them out before they purchase them and this guy wanted me to purchase a pair of trials noticed the word or the term is trials and this optician Jed wanted me to pay for a pair that's given to them for people to try on a daily basis. I thought that was very beneath what the standard of a business should be doing he should be happily giving me a pair to try because that's what they're there for, but he denied that and walked away and said I have to pay for it or make an appointment. This guy has no bedside manner. He was so rude and so mean he shouldn't be dealing with the community or people at all just because of his disposition and his bedside manner. He doesn't smile he doesn't greet you nicely or The energy around him is just bad. I don't understand why people are hired and putting these positions where you have to greet and talk to people all day every day and their bedside manner and disposition is so not fitting of that position. Stanton has to do better. So I cancel my appointment for that location and I went to the Forest Hill or West Palm Beach's location where they're always happy to help. This guy needs to be let go and he's the optician. I didn't want him checking my eyes so I went to another location for my contact lens exam

Don’t waste your time going to this place. They are so awful. I took my husband’s glasses Last weekend because one of his screws broke, and I thought they could take it out. But all she did was scratch the plastic around the frame and she couldn’t even take the screw out because they don’t have the proper tools. So she said if I can get the screw out then she would put a new one in. I had to Spend my own Money. I got the tool I needed. I Got the screw out. Then my husband went inside and took the glasses so they could put the new screw back in like they promised. So I trusted them to put a new screw in and they just made it worse. She bended the frame And also got another screw stuck in there. Then they don’t want take any accountability saying that the screw we brought in was stuck in there when clearly there was no screw even in there they lied so much and her solution was to spend $300 on a new frame. The Girl doesn’t want to admit that she was wrong. zero accountability for what she did to my husband‘s eyeglasses. Truly, unbelievable and disgusting. In the picture below, you could see the proof that I did take out the old screw.

My experience with Jedd at Stanton Optical was extremely disappointing. From the moment I interacted with him, it felt like helping me was a chore rather than part of his job. His customer service was poor, his tone came across as rude and condescending, and he showed very little empathy throughout the interaction. One of the biggest issues was that he never provided clear instructions. When I told him I was unsure about what he wanted me to do and asked for clarification, instead of helping, he responded in a way that I found dismissive and disrespectful. As an adult customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy, so I addressed my concerns directly. Rather than acknowledging how he was coming across, he became defensive and refused to recognize the issue. At that point, I decided to leave. As I was leaving, Jedd made additional remarks that left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Based on the interaction and those comments, I personally felt that I was being treated differently because of my ethnicity. While I cannot know his intentions, that was the impression I left with, and it was deeply upsetting. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location. I was also surprised to hear from a friend who described a similar negative interaction with the same employee. Customer service should make people feel respected and valued, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.

I stopped by this glasses shop after my frames broke, even though I’d never been there before, and had a great experience. The side of my glasses had completely snapped, and while they were likely beyond repair, Alyssa still took the time to try and fix them. Even though they couldn’t be mended, she went above and beyond. I really appreciated her kindness and effort, excellent customer service, especially for a first-time visit. I’ll be back with the new frames once they come in!! Thank you Alyssa!
