Great customer service. Jenifer was very helpful, will definitely be coming back. I got glasses same day which I’ve never had before. I will be recommending all my friends and family to come down to eyeglass world. 10 stars for sure
Jenifer the manager was amazing such a friendly face and always has the best customer service. Definitely someone you want working in your establishment as a leader.if your visiting eyeglass world make sure you ask for jenifer. And make sure you get the warranty Definitely saved me from having to spend hundreds again on another pair of glasses.

This location was nothing less then Perfection. My glasses broke unexpectedly. Not only did they see me within minutes of placing the call. Eye exam and new glasses ready within an hour. From the Desk to the Dr was extremely professional. When I had a concern it was addressed immediately and with a clear understanding to meet my needs . 5 stars across the board. Thank u all for your extremely professional customer service!!!
I scheduled eye appointments for my daughter and husband through the website and received both email and text confirmations reflecting the appointment date and time. We arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled 11:30 appointment and were immediately met by a gentleman sitting behind the front desk. I advised him that we were there for our appointments, and he immediately responded, “Not here, you don’t.” I explained that we had scheduled the appointments and received confirmation emails and texts. Again, he responded, “Not here, you don’t.” He then suggested that I may have booked at another location, so I pulled up the confirmation to show that this was, in fact, the correct location. He then informed me that there was no optometrist available that day. I once again advised him that I had confirmation for both appointments. Unfortunately, this is not the first bad experience we’ve had at this location regarding appointments, although we previously loved both the doctor and staff during prior visits. I’m very disappointed, as I had taken time off work specifically for these appointments. Unfortunately, after today’s interaction, we will not be returning.
