Costco optical was a great experience all around. The doctor I saw was so amazing and thorough. She was really kind and made the experience Great!!! The glasses side of it was equally amazing. The guy I had took time to really help find glasses and sunglasses that looked good for me and really made sure I was getting all out of my insurance. He was not rushed and helped a lot.
Dr. Pham is EXCELLENT. She is so thorough, patient, and really takes the time to diagnose and resolve any issues you have. She has an amazing bedside manner and is really knowledgable in her field. I was honestly surprised to have such a pleasant experience at Costco because I never considered visiting their optical center but wow, I highly recommend. They have an amazing team there!!
Good selection and you can save some money over some of the places in the mall. This store is good because they have people who are knowledgeable at optical. That's not always the case
Jeff is professional in helping me choose eyeglasses and sunglasses. He has a warm genuine personality. The selections are exactly what looks best. My wife and I stopped in to look at frames this afternoon and were helped very quickly and we were able to find us frames that worked. They also went above and beyond ringing me up and trying to use my VSP insurance that was having some major issues. They called VSP and worked it all out. We’d definitely use them again and recommend them.
