Best experience I’ve ever had at an America’s Best! They were on time for my appointment, and the entire staff was kind, welcoming, and informative throughout the whole process. Dr. Yasmary was incredibly patient, especially with my children during their eye exams. She truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. I’ve been to several America’s Best locations, from Coral Way to Pembroke Pines, and this location is hands down the best. They genuinely make you feel welcome instead of making you feel like you’re bothering them. They take the time to answer your questions, have conversations, and make the entire experience comfortable from start to finish. If you’re deciding which location to visit, I highly recommend this one!

Great experience at this AB! Dr. Garcia was wonderful. She took her time to see what was going on and explain everything and answer questions. Alberto one of the managers took amazing care of me as did Caro. Overall recommend 1000%

I had such an amazing experience today! @ America’s Best 3700 W 18th Ave Hialeah, FL 33012 Emily and Paola were amazing and welcoming as soon as I walked in. They had amazing energy and were so attentive with me from the start. Dr Diaz preformed my eye exam and talked me through my FIRST time handling contacts. I was very nervous but she broke the process down amazingly, Emily finished the training on with showing me how to remove them. Emily was so kind and patient throughout the whole process and truly showed another level of professionalism when it came down to helping me through my nervousness experiencing with my first time contacts! I was able to understand and get it with their guidance! Caro went above and beyond and was absolutely amazing in helping me finish the process and understanding my options! She is wonderful! Caro and the whole team made this experience stress free. Alberto, Mel, Andres, Paola and Yuliet were there to help me with any questions I had and were kind enough to show me around the store to more options to choose from! This was by far the best experience I’ve had at any eye glasses store. Thank you all!

Excellent experience at America’s Best in Hialeah! The doctor was amazing—very professional and attentive—and the staff was just as great. They have a wide selection of stylish glasses at very affordable prices. The whole process was quick and smooth, and scheduling my appointment was fast and easy. Highly recommend!

Dr. Díaz, very kind, very dedicated, with a great deal of patience, very detail-oriented, and she takes the necessary time that the patient needs. Carolina is very kind; she adjusts things for you and helps you leave happy and satisfied with what you’re looking for. Your eyes are not just anything, and she helps you choose what you need. Melissa is very kind too. 1000% recommended.
