America's Best

We had a great customer service experience with Alicia yesterday. She went over and beyond to get my husband the best deal on his glasses saving us money, time and energy. In fact, the customer service we received from everyone there was on point. Our original plan was to purchase frames and have the VA install the lenses. Because we have insurance, America’s Best was the better option. I didn’t expect that but it was. My glasses were made there last year and the experience was great then as well. I highly recommend this location as they seem to care about what they do and it is much appreciated.

I recently visited this America’s Best and had an outstanding experience thanks to Amy. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. Amy helped me choose the perfect frames that fit my lifestyle and comfort level, and she explained all my lens options clearly. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made the visit, enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend the store and especially working with Amy if you want top-notch service and expertise.

Frank was super welcoming and friendly when doing my adjustment. He made sure it was fit perfectly to my desire and was very attentive. Overall one of the best adjustments I’ve ever gotten! :) - a happy customer

I was very disappointed with my appointment. The eye doctor i had was rude each time I asked a,question, didn't listen to anything I had to say, then wouldn't tell me my prescription only to find out after I ordered abd 0aud for my glasses that is was significantly lower but never discussed it with mere. Then also was super friendly and helpful to my husband and kind, answered all his questions no problem. Then an associate decided she needed to watch me while I was waiting for my granddaughter at the restroom...definitely would not recommend...the only reason for the 2 is the women who checked us in and the one who did or pre exam were super sweet and kind

10/10 absolutely loved my experience at this location. Tiffany is by far the most dedicated and attention detailed person. She remembers you from one phone call and deserves a raise and all the good things. Because of Tiffany I will be coming back and recommending to everyone this location.
