Very professional and clean environment. Superior and courteous service, especially from Annie. She made me feel like a VIP from the moment I walked in until after I leave. She spent alot of time making sure that I find the best pair of glasses customized to my work setting with computer. Speedy service. I got my contact lenses delivered within 2 days! Very pleased. I will definitely refer all my friends to America's Best .

I lost a pair of my glasses. Chris helped me find the exact frames and pointed out that for a little more ($15) I can get a second pair. Decided that was a good deal. I found Chris to be most courteous and helpful, even when I blundered and she had to completely redo the transaction. Very friendly staff.
We recently visited America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We had used this location before to make glasses for our child, and at that time they accepted a prescription from Brazil without any issues. On this visit, in addition to making our child’s glasses again, we decided to take advantage of their advertised promotion for an eye exam plus two basic pairs of glasses for $89. The eye exam itself was fine. However, when it came time to choose the glasses, the experience changed significantly. There was strong pressure to upgrade, and the basic promotional option was not clearly presented. Instead, we were immediately guided toward much more expensive packages, reaching close to $400. We had to insist multiple times that we wanted to stick with the advertised $89 option. During this process, the staff became noticeably less courteous once we declined the upgrades, which made the experience uncomfortable. The final outcome was even more frustrating: * My wife’s glasses are essentially unusable — she cannot wear them. * Mine, intended for reading, do not help and actually make my vision worse. * None of the four pairs of glasses we received met our expectations. To make matters worse, when we asked about making our child’s glasses again using a Brazilian prescription (which had been accepted in the past), we were told that they “never accept prescriptions from Brazil,” which directly contradicts our previous experience. Overall, this was a combination of poor customer service, aggressive upselling, and low-quality results. I would not recommend this location.
I had a disappointing experience at America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses. I have been a customer for some time and have previously used valid prescriptions from Brazil for my son without any issues. In the past, they even accepted copies sent by email. However, during my most recent visit, they did not accept the prescription — even though I had the original document with me — and no clear explanation was provided. This felt inconsistent with my previous experiences. Another concern was pricing. I have always brought my own frames and only paid around $30 to replace the lenses. This time, I was told there would be an additional charge because the frames were not purchased at the store. This was surprising, as it had never been an issue before. I also had an eye exam done at this location. After receiving my glasses, I noticed that my distance vision seems blurry, which makes me question whether the prescription is accurate. During the purchase process, there was a promotion that encouraged me to buy glasses, which I agreed to. However, I felt pressured to upgrade to more expensive lenses. When I declined and chose the basic option included in the promotion, the interaction became uncomfortable, and I did not feel well assisted for the remainder of the service. Overall, my experience felt inconsistent compared to previous visits, and the level of service did not meet my expectations.
Editing: I did sent the email to the email on your response and have been more than a week and no one contact me or reply to my email. I am very disappointed with the customer service and the quality of the lenses at the Winter Garden location. When I purchased these glasses, I was told the lenses were scratch-resistant. However, they have scratched twice within just six months under normal use. I also purchased the warranty because these glasses were for my daughters. The sales associate specifically told me that kids break glasses all the time and that I could use the warranty whenever needed. Based on that explanation, I felt confident purchasing the additional coverage. When I returned to the Winter Garden location for the second time to have the scratched lenses replaced, I was simply told, “I’m sorry, but you can only use your warranty once.” This was never explained at the time of purchase and is completely different from what I was promised. I feel misled by the information I was given when purchasing both the glasses and the warranty. If the warranty has limitations, those should be clearly explained upfront so customers can make an informed decision. One suggestion: either invest in better training for your employees so they provide accurate information to customers, or consider changing your slogan to “America’s Worst,” because that is exactly how this experience felt. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed and will not be returning to the Winter Garden location.
