I called for an appointment and was pleasantly greeted, answered all my questions and made an appointment easily. Arrived at my appointment excellent customer service from my encounter with the front desk, the eye testing, the ladies were excellent, explained everything and very helpfully. Dr Fary, very professional, helpful and he listen to my concerns and work through those concerns. Then he turned me over to Rob, who was the same calber as the rest of the team. Explained all the steps for the options for the glasses. Some I took, some I didn't need. Very professional, helpful and patient. All in all an extremely beneficial appointment. The team at the Sutton Park America's Best are excellent.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service I have been coming to America’s Best in Streamwood for years, and unfortunately, the service continues to be extremely disappointing. My two daughters have been existing patients since kindergarten, so we have been loyal customers for a long time. Today, my appointment was scheduled for 3:40 PM and 3:50 PM, yet we were left waiting for over an hour. There were only two patients ahead of us, while other patients who arrived after us were being taken in before us. This is completely unacceptable. Every time I come to this location, there seems to be some excuse about their internet being slow, and customers are left sitting there waiting and wasting hours of their valuable time. Customers’ time clearly does not seem to matter to this office. When I finally approached the receptionist to ask why we had been waiting for an hour while patients who arrived after us were being seen, her attitude was extremely arrogant, rude, and unprofessional. Instead of providing a reasonable explanation, she had no answer and simply kept apologizing. An apology means very little when the same problems continue to happen. If you cannot manage appointments properly, communicate with customers, or respect their time, then you need to seriously reconsider how this location is being managed. After being loyal customers for so many years, this experience was extremely frustrating and disrespectful. I would not recommend this location to anyone who values their time or expects professional customer service.

I was very nervous that my glasses were going to be completely screwed that I fell asleep with they were completely mangled in bed. I brought them and talked to Lesli for a second and then she had Dylan fix them and less than 10 minutes two very friendly people and I will be returning to this location just because of them

I came in and had my yearly eye exam, I got 3 pairs of glasses and was greeted with Lesli when purchasing. She was so so kind, answered every question and explained everything well to us, she even offered to help pick out glasses with me. I greatly appreciated this kind of service!

I haven't had an eye exam in years so I wasn't sure what to expect but i had THE BEST experience at Americas best. Giselle who performed my pretest for my eye exam was so efficient. She guided me through each portion with ease. Dr. Fary was AMAZING. He was so thorough with his explanation and i was able to see and actual picture of the internal aspects of my eye. I was so blown away. Robert helped me choose frames that would be a good fit for me. He was so patient and so kind and didnt let me feel any pressure to rush through the process. He made sure i was comfortable in whatever decision i made. I truly appreciated that! Emily and Ronny helped guide me into making the best decisions in regards to my needs as far as my lenses. They took the time to show me examples and explained the benefits of each. This was so beneficial due to the fact I was so nervous because haven't worn glasses before. Overall this was truly and amazing team. They are so thoughtful and thorough and truly make sure you feel comfortable while at the same time making sure you look and feel your BEST!
