Johanna assisted me throughout my appointment today and even helped me pick out which frames looked best for the shape of my face and colors that complimented me. She was "BEYOND" helpful and to top it off her personality made it an extremely fun experience, which says alot for me. I am the type that cringes at knowing what actually compliments me. Johanna was soooooo patient and totally honest, which was perfect! She was thorough and made me feel like VIP, even though there were so many people. It was a very busy business day, but I never felt neglected. Thank you! THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!!! YOU ARE THE BEST JOHANNA!!! One more thing, her colleague's, especially Carmela, was also very helpful and friendly. You can tell they work great as a team and support one another, which is rare in today's customer service industry. Thank you everyone!!

Very efficient. Staff is polite. Johanna helped me and was very courteous and informative. I was so relieved that this place, when checking your eye pressure, doesn’t use the pokie stick thing in your eye! They use the puff of air machine. I prefer that so much more. The wait time wasn’t too bad too. If you don’t have insurance, the plan they offer is not bad either.

I visited America’s Best today, and unfortunately my experience wasn’t great. The wait time was much longer than expected, even though the office didn’t seem overly busy. The biggest issue was the older lady at the front desk who wears glasses. She came across as rude and unfriendly, which made the experience frustrating from the moment I checked in. On a positive note, everyone else I interacted with was kind, professional, and pleasant. I hope management addresses the front desk customer service because it has a big impact on patients’ first impressions.
