Americas Best

We were greeted by Taylor at the front desk. Taylor immediately got me in for an eye exam. I was taken to the exam room by Marcela who was so full of life and energy. She explained everything she was going to do during the exam. Marcela took her time with me since I am hearing impaired as a disabled Veteran. Marcela took me over to be further examined by Doctor Simin Almassi. She was so sweet and helped me during the exam. I was then turned over to Joseph who is the assistant Manager at this location. Joseph is such a proper gentleman and informed me of my options on glasses and warranties based off of my insurance. Joseph should be emulated by others. I could not be any happier than what I experienced today. I have been coming to this location for over 10 years and this was the GREATEST time because of the entire staff.

Teresa was super helpful she was patient and took her time assisting my daughter with the right glasses. She was knowledgeable and explain the different options. Very relaxing atmosphere love her positive vibe and sense of humor. Ally closed the deal and together they got us in and out effectively and efficiently. Appreciated them both for their expertise.

Jennifer and Diana are amazing! I honestly keep coming back to America’s Best because of them. They’re so welcoming, never make me feel rushed.They truly make the whole experience of getting glasses and contacts enjoyable, and I really appreciate that.

I came from a different location and I loved it better here. Have been coming back ever since. All the girls were nice. Felt welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. Taylor was the best and you can have a great conversation with her. Loved the energy she brought. The doctor was very sweet and helpful when I explained the situation with my eyes since they get super sensitive and very dry. These girls deserve better, I was in when a customer was complaining about the prices but they just work there not make the prices up and honestly America’s best is a lot cheaper than other eye places I have been to. I was attended by a couple girls who were very helpful and sweet. Ally got my glasses adjusted and like perfect in a few minutes after I sat on them. Diane gave me insight on what frames looked best and gave me honest feedback. Carmen was very patient with me when I was being checked out and I appreciated that very much. All the girls there are super great. I will keep coming to this America’s best.
