Staff is very friendly and helpful. Back when I visited to get my eye exam I got there a little early and was able to see the doctor ahead of my scheduled appointment(I think it’s fair to note my appointment was like a hour after they opened, so if it fits your schedule I’d recommend going first thing in the morning). Frames and lenses are both good quality and affordably priced. I was pleasantly surprised when my glasses just came in 4 days head of schedule. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I never thought I’d have a good time at the eye doctors but the staff is friendly, conscious of patients needs, and helpful. I also enjoyed the smart use of technology at this location. It’s a great human to human experience with smart technology to keep your appointment efficient. Plus Consuela provided great advice to leverage my insurance and keep my costs down while laughing and joking. I recommend this location for folks with positive attitudes. You’ll have a good experience and won’t “break the bank”.

The staff here are so kind and helpful! I especially appreciated Consuela. She was especially caring, friendly, and funny. The only thing I didn't like was the virtual appointment structure. I used to go to the steelyard location that has a physically present doctor. Waiting on a doctor to virtually sign in and complete the exam is not a pleasant experience as a patient.

Consuele was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions, made everything easy to understand, and genuinely cared about providing great service. Her positive attitude and willingness to help really stood out. I truly appreciate all of her assistance and would highly recommend working with her! 10/10 recommend 👌

Consuela was phenomenal to work with. She stayed after hours to make sure I was taken care of. She treats you like family. Very professional and welcoming. She needs a raise and is the reason I will come back.
