I arrived a little late for my appointment, due to road construction down 75th Ave and a massive traffic block. I was welcomed in with smiles and show back within minutes of my arrival. The exam was top-notch. The optometrist took her time and made sure I could see clearly before giving me options. I chose a lovely pair of glasses. My sales lady was wonderful too! Thank you!
Highly recommend… TO SAVE UR MONEY N GO ELSEWHERE!! No customer service skills at all. Mean girls up front too busy socializing with eachother and concerned with food and what they’re going to eat to help u. U walk in and u get dirty looks from them. Ask a question, and they look at u like ur stupid. Will absolutely not be returning. Only professional one was the dr. Girls up front need to be replaced or given more training!!
Recently picked up my glasses and they did some amazing work. I have a slight astigmatism and even with having a minor prescription I notice a HUGE difference in my eyesight. 10/10 recommended going here. Got two pairs of beautiful glasses for $195 no insurance.
My family and I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Diana Rodriguez today. She was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout. We came prepared with questions about contacts, but she did not take the time to address them and instead walked away in the middle of our conversation. It felt rushed and disrespectful, especially considering this is a healthcare setting where patients deserve to feel heard and cared for. I expect a basic level of professionalism and communication from a medical provider. I would not recommend this optometrist based on my experience.
Keny was an Amazing Patient & Professional young lady. We were in actual crisis with my Granddaughters glasses. Denied by 2 other eye glass stores. She did not hesitate to help. I explained our delihema and she didn'tiss a beat. Within 15 minutes we were out and my Granddaughter was elated. We have a rare eye disease that is degenerative so those glasses were necessary. My Granddaughter Graduates in 2.5 months. THANK YOU KENY!
