If I can give this place a negative star I would. Do not go this Americas best for your pressure eye care. This place is always dirty, they don’t sanitize their stations. In the exam rooms or the eye exam area including the machine to check your eye site is always dirty. During my eye exam I had to remind the lady to wipe down the area or I wasn’t getting g my exam done. She rolled her eyes & stated she was getting to it. No she wasn’t, if she was her station would have smell of sanitation as I walked in, which means she would have done it before her next customer. Also the $25 insurance coverage is lame for this company. My family picked out frames & lenses, the order came in wrong, after waiting 10 days, than when they re-ordered it, the frame were no longer available, so they had to find a different location to see if they had the frames and we wanted an additional 10 days for them. I actually called after 11 days, (I was on hold for 13 mins) come to find out they were there and already wait for pick up, No one calls, no text was send nor email: they claimed they used our frames when all they did was pull a nasty dirty frame off their wall, popped out the lens & said it’s replaced. My daughter frames we waited 13 days for it to come in, they actually order everything new. We’ve been going there for years and once their good gentleman GM left, this place has been going down hill. We are a family of 6 and we all wear glasses. We’re not going back. I will never go back. Find a different eye care glasses place. America’s best is not where it is. You want to avoid an eye infection don’t go here. Even their customer bathroom needs attention. The seats in the waiting area are sticky & dirty I dont want to know when they were wiped down.

I got two pairs of glasses. The first pair was good the second pairs was a completely different pair from what I ordered. I was asked to look for a replacement but they were no longer available. All I got was an im sorry and absolutely no solution to help resolve the issue. Worste experience ever and I've been wearing glasses since I was ten. Eff this place....
Just got off the phone with the general manager, Jess, we had a medical billing discrepancy between what we were told and what we were charged… They handled the situation with professionalism, and definitely in my favor… We are customers for life! Thank you to just the general manager of this site. We will definitely be coming in soon to get glasses and contacts and you will be our go to from here on out. We are customers for life!!! Extremely satisfied customer here!!!!!
I do not trust America’s Best with something as important as vision care. I was told my eye was “not correctable” and given a prescription that turned out to be wildly inaccurate. A follow-up exam with an ophthalmologist confirmed my vision was correctable and that the America’s Best prescription was wrong. When I tried to address this, the staff offered no meaningful help, and I still haven’t received my refund. Edited on 1/26/26 to say that at least I received my refund. This wasn’t just inconvenient, it was negligent. If you value accurate eye care, I recommend going elsewhere. I have since filed formal complaints due to the seriousness of this issue.
I've used this America's Best for the last few years, yesterday my glasses broke and Jess was kind enough to take over an hour to fix them for me! I'm extremely appreciative to Jess for her patience in fixing them!
