Shoutout to Zack at America’s Best — dude absolutely crushed it. He handled my pre-tests and made the whole process smooth, fast, and actually enjoyable (which is wild for eye stuff). Super knowledgeable, explained everything clearly without talking down to me, and just had that calm, confident “I know exactly what I’m doing” energy. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about doing the job right, and Zack is 100% that guy. Huge shoutout to Vida, the Assistant Manager, for somehow making picking out glasses and contacts fun — which I didn’t even know was possible. She was insanely nice, helpful, and delivered straight-up top-tier customer service from start to finish. Vida was able to find my insurance and get me the best deal possible utilizing every dime my insurance has to offer! And last but definitely not least, shoutout to Lexie and Kim for their amazing customer service and for helping me lock in the perfect frame. Patient, honest, and actually listened instead of just trying to sell me something. All-around fantastic experience. This whole team deserves their flowers. I ran in real quick when one of my lenes popped out of glasses while I was nearby. Staff were absolutely fantastic and got it reinstalled super quick so I could get back to work. Super customer service.

I absolutely hate going to get glasses. But this time everyone made it easier. The doctor was very efficient and effective. The girls at the front voted on my glass choices so I could figure out which one was best. David had amazing patience and was able to look at all of the options and give me his professional recommendations which I believe are going to work out better than my previous experiences. Thank you America's best team.

Horrible customer service. I waited over 30 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. I was just trying to pick up contacts and every employee avoided me and any eye contact possible. I asked if anyone could help after a while and was out right ignored. Wouldn’t recommend. If I hadn’t already purchased them and needed them I would have gone somewhere else.

My appointment was outstanding from the time I walked in the door until I lefted. The four employees were polite, efficient, professional and extremely helpful. Kaylee, Vida, Kim And Aden went out their way to assist. Dr. Devin Baer was outstanding. Great place get glasses without stress. 5 Stars to them.
