Just wanted to say I had a really good experience at the store on Val Vista and Guadalupe. Dr. Yeh is super nice and very thorough. He took the time to listen to my issues. They have a 50% off deal going on now if you do not have insurance. And thats on everything! Including the Gucci’s and Ray-Bans! I even got a pair of prescription sunglasses! Check them out!
We had a great experience at this place, went in 10min before their close time for an eye emergency. The staff was very nice accommodating at getting our information quickly and getting us to see James Yeh. He took his time in examining, did not rush us at all despite the fact he had to end up staying beyond his usual time. After giving a diagnosis he ended up calling several other eye surgeon offices to get us in quicker the following day. Nothing but grateful to this place and James Yeh in saving someone’s vision.. Highly recommend this place.
Nationwide Vision's staff are super friendly. The doctor made the exam fun. Great experience. Good selection of frames, especially if you have a large cranium.
DO NOT COME HERE - Took my daughter to see Dr. Yeh or whatever his name is, after the glasses eye exam my daughter mentioned wanting to try out contacts. Mind you the doctor did NOT do any further exam after she mentioned it. Didn’t bother to mention it’s something insurance DID NOT cover. And we were charged $104 for the contact lens exam (which he did not do anything more than the glasses exam), the “class” they do when the contacts come in (they had to order more because they only had one) and the fitting. All of which DID NOT HAPPEN at any point in time. So when my daughters glasses arrived I call to see if we can get a refund on the service we DIDNT USE because she never tried on any contact, never got an additional exam and never had them “fitted”. Because she no longer wanted to wear contacts. The answer was no. Multiple times back and forth on the call with some front office girl. And Mr. Yeh in the background. You literally charged for a SERVICE YOU DID NOT PROVIDE! I will not be going to Nationwide any longer; nor will any of my children. And I’ll be telling everyone I know about the horrible practices and “policies” they have. As well as reaching out to corporate office and. The BBB
I have always enjoyed coming here...but the highlight of my experience is definitely Rana. She is such a lovely ray of sunshine & I look forward to seeing her every time. She leads with a gentle, genuine kindness & is the heart & soul of this location on Val Vista/Guadalupe
