Mostly because the people who work there are so kind and helpful. I have only been coming here for my last two eye exams and have been very happy with the help I have gotten. Today Raymond (Ray) went above and beyond to help me not only save on my glasses, gave quick and clear recommendations, but patiently helped me to rotate a lens that popped out of my round glasses until it was fixed properly for my vision. I really appreciated his food recommendations as well. Thanks for the friendly assistance and for making this visit super quick and enjoyable! P.s. making an appointment is so easy- either by phone or online. Changing your scheduled time is also very easy- a function I used by clicking a link in my email. The appointment time is honored - I have t ever had to wait. The preliminary eye exam technician (I forgot to get her name but she wears glasses and has a very gentle and kind approach) was so nice and clear with her instructions and recommendations. Dr. Dao saw me minutes after I sat down in their waiting area and was very friendly, quick, and helpful with his recommendations on lenses when I shared my concerns about my eyes and vision. Went and bought two pairs of glasses and had them polarized, I paid a $1000 in total. Unfortunately within a week , the polarized was coming off., took them back and I picked them up after 2 weeks, it's been a month, and the same thing is happening. Don't recommend it. My glasses look like thet are all scratched up, horrible waste of money. This hapoen to both my glasses. I've had these for not even 3 months.

Don't understand why they have such low rating. Went to the Monterey Park office which is in a brand new shopping center. Everyone was real polite, even in this pandemic. The Optometrist was very good and tested my eyes better than any of my previous Optometrist. I went for the 2 eyeglasses for $69.99 and left paying $69.99 no strings attached took about a week to get them. I recommend this place for anyone without insurance $69.99 for 2 pairs of glasses and testing is a steal.
