I had an excellent experience at America’s Best thanks to Peter, the provider who assisted me. He was extremely patient and incredibly detail-oriented throughout the entire visit. Peter took the extra time to personally call my vision insurance to make sure everything was clearly explained and properly handled, which I truly appreciated. He also carefully and patiently taught me how to use contact lenses, step by step, making sure I felt confident and comfortable before leaving. His service was highly professional, thorough, and genuinely caring. You can tell he truly wants to help his patients, not rush them. This level of attention and service is rare. Highly recommend Peter if you’re visiting this location, outstanding experience overall.
Worst Americas Beat experience by far. I had an appt at 10. One of the earliest appt I could get and I had to wait 45 min for the dr. On top of that, his equipment was caked in someone else’s make up. I had to ask him to clean the machine (I thought that was a given..). He rushed through the exam. When he was finished He asked if I needed a trial contacts, I said yes. He told me to wait in the lobby and he will get me some. I waited… and then he called the next patient. I looked at him and he goes “oh wait”. Worst doc. Worst office. Will never be going back. They took my money 120$ ((*just for a contact lense exam)) though. And didn’t even apologize for my almost hour wait. What a joke of an office.
The service is great! It was simple and quick (at least for me). Very friendly and cool 😎
It was so nice getting in for an eye appointment right away. The issue was when I came in for the 2 glasses with progress lens and an eye exam for $159.00 special. There were so many add ons that when I went to pay for the glasses, American Best wanted over $500.00!!! How was there such a difference in cost? To me, it felt like a bit of bait and switch.
