America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I had a great experience here. I originally made the appointment because I seen online that they had 2 pairs of glasses & an eye exam for eyeglasses for $95.00. I thought it was too good to be true! I went online and made an appointment the day of (03/03/26) and came in at 9:40am. (I'd recommend filling your paperwork out online). When I walked in I was met with a very nice lady named Robyn. She was welcoming, she was informative and helpful. She guided me to the glasses I could choose from while I waited for the eye doctor to see me. All the people in here are so kind, informative and easy going. There are so many glasses to choose from and such great deals on contacts & eyeglasses! This is going to be my go to place now! Thank you for making something that used to make me so self conscious so easy to do now. I will be updating my review once I pick my glasses up (estimated by 03/16/26) p.s I definetly recommend you check this business out!

I have been using America's Best for my glasses and contacts for about 4 years now. I started out at the Pinole location but the eye doctor there made my prescription a little to strong and It worked out better for me to go to Pleasant Hill. The costumer service and eye doctor have been amazing.

Noel the manager was so awesome! I am disabled and while I can sometimes get around on my walker I couldn't today. Noel was able to help me so kindly to get my glasses'precription refilled and the same frames I wanted. Go to America's Best in Pleasant Hill for the best customer service around! Thank you Noel!!!

Today we went for my husband’s eye check-up. Robyn was just WONDERFUL! She was so pleasant to talk to and she answered all our questions, helped to pick out the glasses. Robyn was efficient and polite. I'd definitely go back again with the same customer service! 🙌 Today we went for son’s eye glasses. I love this place! We love Robyn! She is always so kind and welcoming! We were able to pick out glasses for him and were very happy! The eye technician who did a pretest was awesome too! The doctor was very nice and knowledgeable! ❤️🤗

I was traveling on vacation to California & my eyeglasses broke. I stopped in to see if they could fix them. The employees were super friendly & helpful. My frames ended up being extremely difficult. They were very determined & kept trying different ways to get them fixed. They spent a lot of time helping a non-customer & were awesome. Highly recommend taking your business there.
