I saw Dr Lam yesterday for a prescription for glasses post cataract surgery. She was so thorough and very nice. Both Mia who took my information upon arrival and Rita who helped me at the end of the appointment were professional and helpful. What I also liked about the office was although they have a variety of styles of glasses to choose from, there was no pressure whatsoever to purchase them there. I would definitely recommend Dr Lam and the office in general. I believe I’ve found my new Optician.

Dr Lam as well as the entire staff provide one of the most detail oriented, patient, caring optometry services I have experienced. To make sure the prescriptions work, Dr Lam arranged time to check my prescription changes twice before I committed to purchasing. She also spent time explaining things in simple language to make sure I understood the whys behind some of my symptoms. I highly recommend this place.

Came in an hour before closing time. Met Dr. Lam herself and she was very welcoming. Dr. Lam helped us pick my son's new prescription glasses. Everything went smoothly. She showed how much she cares for her patients. Definitely will be back again for myself too.

Dr Lam is genuinely one of the most kindest person I’ve met! She took her time with me during by visit, answering all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable during eye exam. The office is very nice, and her staff was also very kind and welcoming! Making an appointment was super fast and easy! I ordered a pair of glasses and cannot wait to receive them! Yesterday was my second optometry appointment in my life, and Eye & Vision of PH set a new standard. The staff is very friendly and communicative. Dr. Lam is so kind and thorough. They all did a wonderful job explaining what they were doing. My entire experience from start to finish was phenomenal.
