I had a great experience at the eye clinic I visited this afternoon. The equipment and tools they used were very advanced, which made the exam feel very thorough and professional. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. They took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me understand what I need to know about my vision. I really appreciated how patient and informative they were. Overall, it was a smooth and reassuring visit. Highly recommended!

Dr Chatha was fantastic! Very patient and compassionate to my specific vision challenges. The young lady at the front desk was very polite and cheerful. A big shout out to Socorro, for taking time to field all my questions. Great job by the whole staff! Charles

Excellent experience!!! Dr. Chatha and staff were professional and great to work with. They are the only VSP Premier office in the area and they took the time to explain my VSP insurance clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Additionally, they use up to date technology for the review and testing of my eyes and they have a wide selection of frames to choose from. I highly recommend East Bay Optometry ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’m a patient at East Bay Optometry. I’ve been very pleased with my prescription. I have an unusual prescription because I had eye vision surgery 40 years ago. My vision is starting to fade at age 70. I was provided with best glasses I’ve ever had. This is not a Target Store or Costco Vision Department. Today I took my mom my 94 year old mother for a new prescription. Mom has macular degeneration and Glaucoma. The testing equipment is state of the art & worth every dollar you pay for an exam. The staff is very competent & provides personal service. Mom got reading glasses & everyday glasses. In my opinion you are doing yourself an injustice if you do not become a patient.

So glad Dr Chatha took over Easy Bay Optometry a few years back. On my visit today I saw how they continue to invest in the latest eye health and sight technology. Looking forward to my new glasses. I have been coming to Easy Bay Optometry for about five years since I started needing glasses.
