brought my daughter in for a visit and had a concerning experience. I asked if the bubblegum polishing paste contained fluoride and was told it did NOT. Something felt off, so I stopped the procedure to double-check, and it appeared that it actually DOES. What concerned me most was being given unclear information and having to interrupt to verify. I also wish alternative options (like fluoride-free paste or skipping the step) had been offered more proactively. Not against fluoride but be so fr my daughter is 4 and her teeth are literally perfect. Sharing this so other parents can feel confident asking questions and confirming what’s being used during their child’s care.

Serita is very very rude. Sounds like she is drunk on the phone, sluring her words: Probably shouldn’t be working a job where she deals with people. Put her in the back filing paper, would be much better for you guys to have friendly people who want to work.

Don’t go here, If you don’t have insurance do not go here. I went for my chipped tooth they told me on the phone that if the doctor has time they will fill it out. When I arrive the lady charged 180$ because she said it was an emergency appointment so we have to pay extra, we did then after the doctor called me mind u my appointment was at 3:40 and the doctor called my name at around 4:05 when I went inside the person that was there only toke 1 picture of my chipped tooth then she said that I need to wait for the doctor when the doctor came after like 15 minutes she said that she didn’t have enough time to fix my tooth I told her that she should look at my tooth and see if it’s actually big she did and she told my that she could but like a temporary filling just for so the pain goes away I said ok and I asked her if there was any way she could fix it today she keeled on making excuses and she didn’t even wanna give me a chance to tell her the pain that I’m having I told her and she said “sorry I’m not able to help you it’s too big of a tooth” this is there job and I payed extra for a emergency appointment and they didn’t even seem to care about me after that she told my mom that she’ll need to go to the front desk for because she had to pay extra for the permanent filling after she went it was just me and the two doctors the real doctor helper. When I was laying down on the chair the doctor was keep on repeating to her colleague that I just can’t do the fill up it ps too big of a teeth, then like 2 minutes later they doctor came to me and said that I have to go with my mom I went to my apron and she said were is the permanent filling I said they didn’t do it and my mom showed me that she pain an extra 288$ we went to the front desk to tell them and they told the doctor and apparently the doctor said that we’ll have to pay ANOTHER extra amount of money on top of what we payed I told my mom to forget about it and we left. The point of me writing all of this was that all they do is just take your money and they don’t give you anything back in return.

Anyone heard that BEFORE seeing the dentist, we have to pick up a “vitamin” from their office, schedule a video call, apply the “vitamin” to your kid’s teeth, and only then you can see a dentist in person? Is this even legal?
