From start to finish, the entire experience was amazing! Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. At no point did I ever feel pressured—they truly wanted to make sure I loved the eyewear I chose. I felt in the best hands making every decision along the way. Brittnay was an absolute pleasure to work with—she was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process so easy. The level of customer service was outstanding, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Finding the right shaped glasses is challenging. Gratefully, Vanessa was there to help me. This was the first time I met her, and she was SO ACCOMMODATING and PATIENT. I was having trouble making a decision, yet she was supportive and kind the whole time and didn’t make me feel rushed or like I was a bother. We had a very good time at America’s Best at the worker were very nice to us even if we had some step backs. Thank to Vanessa she told us that the glasses we got could get bigger and it would be better if we got a smaller size and with her help we. Because of Vanessa we had a very good time and it was easy also.

Eye exam was so fast, if you blinked, it was over. And I'm not joking. The front staff were more interested in hitting on the clients and giggling at every word. Seriously!? It shouldn't take over an hour to order glasses! If the front desk help need dates, hit up the Stampede across the street. Other paying customers were waiting.
