We took my 7yo autistic son to get an eye exam. Jessie, Angel, George (LDO) A Doctor Guerrero were wonderful! So patient and care about each patient and joke with the kids. My son loved them!
Made a same day appointment. Everyone is super nice. The doctor is funny and chill. George was patient with me when it came to picking out my glasses because it took me awhile. For the same price at other places I feel like I got a wayyy better deal here. Def recommend
Great price and quick efficient service for an eye exam and two pair of glasses. The frame quality is about what you'd expect at a rock bottom price. One of the pair I got is perfect regarding the frame and progressive prescription lenses. The other pair, however, I need to go back and get the lenses replaced, because the prescription is incorrect.
i’ve been a customer for over 10 years. I am apart of the eye care club so I get annual check ups every year. i’ve been to different locations and this one was the worst. I was NOT greeted at all, no type of communication. The doctor was sitting down and did not speak. he stared me up and down I turned around and still noticed him staring at me … it made me feel so uncomfortable. I was sitting in the back for over twenty minutes while no one was in here and no updated communication. The staff was very mean and wasn’t welcoming. I asked to cancel instead of asking why , the lady said “ ok “ …. please do not come to location. I rather drive an extra 30 mins to a location where I am welcomed.
Allie was extremely helpful and professional. I came in with a RX for the $79.95 deal. Prices were explained, payment a breeze and I was even able to get my glasses I had tightened. All done within a reasonable time frame. But in regards to time. I did come on a weekday so not as busy.
