Koe was amazing and made my checkout time easy and fun. As for the actual experience I wanted hourssss to be seen. They also were calling people that got there after me and their appointment times were WAY after mines. I’m highly disappointed because I had other obligations to tend to and missed a few due to me waiting so long to be seen. Waited hour and a half for just the PRE screening. Then waited another hour to be seen by the actual doctor. I highly recommend not coming here only if you have 3 and a half hours to waste.

It was a very nice experience. The girls at the front desk were very cordial and the doctor was very professional. Koe was very helpful and customer oriented to what I needed. He was very knowledgeable in helping make good choices. Koe was awesome. He has great customer service skills! American Best is the best!

If I could do zero stars, I would. I have been with America's best for all of my adult life. I was 19 when I started using them. I have been to about 5 different locations. Loved them all. The staff at Pooler were great minus Dr. BELKA. I will not go back to see her. She wasn't concerned with anything I had said, didn't take my medical history into consideration (even though it was a requirement before the visit), was snappy with me, and all around her professionalism wasn't there. When I was asked why I was there, my response was because I been having dizzy spells and wanted to make sure that they weren't from my glasses. She started checking my eyes and I had to lean back due to getting dizzy. She got snappy because of it. She told me after all was done my vision hadn't changed. She checked my eyes with the bright light and told me I have a cataract on each eye. I knew this already cuz I was born with them. She then tells me I need progressive lenses. When I asked why after she just told me my vision hasn't changed, she changed it to I will need them. I asked why and she told me it was to prevent a curve on my neck. Here's the problem with that. The curve I my neck has nothing to do with my eyes. She got mad at me and snapped more because I questioned her. All around this experience with her is why I won't go back. Listening to her patient isn't something she does.

This 5 star rating is specifically for the employee, Mitchell!! My son is 12 and never wore contact lenses before. Mitchell was the employee that gave him the class to help him learn to put them in and take them out. Mitchell, was extremely patient and encouraging to my son! He made sure he didn’t give up! My son said that he made a big difference. I appreciate people like him that actually cares!

Katima and koe are the best!!! They were honest and so much fun to shop with. I waited all of 5 minutes before being called back to get started. My eye exam was very thorough and I absolutely love my results thank you Dr. Laura I can finally see at night lol. You honestly can’t beat the 2 for 95 deal!
