The people that work there are fantastic! Even made the appointment fun! Doctor was very nice and felt like I was well cared for! I was disappointed they are in Costco and the doctor saw me and gave me a prescription but the glasses are sold by a different company that didn't take my insurance. I'd of still go there again for my prescription! Had an appointment, did no waiting!

Ansleigh was very helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to help me. This is my first pair of glasses ever, and I was very ignorant to prescriptions and such and she took the time to explain everything to me and make sure I was comfortable with the frames that I picked out.
Made appointment on line for my child. No where did it say they do not see children under a certain age. I called to change the appointment again no one mentioned they couldn't see a child. Got there at 2 In the afternoon, when they returned from lunch they looked at us said " oh it's the 7 year old, we can't see them." So you mean to tell me it's as acceptable for me to make a appointment, change the appointment, and no one mentions it before. You knew before we got there and still no one called to let us know. It's doesn't take 5 minutes for you to pick up the phone and make that phone call.
I’ve been calling and emailing for three days. No email or call back. Glad I just need a bit of quick information and not appointment.
Nancy took her time with me and helped me find the perfect glasses! The price was a major plus too! It was a 5 ⭐️ experience!
