I just had to share this wonderful experience! I stopped by for a nose pad replacement, and Dionna took care of it for me in less than five minutes, completely complimentary! I didn’t even purchase my glasses here, which made the kindness and service even more appreciated. What a delightful experience! Thank you, Dionna, for going above and beyond! 💕

Lexi and Fatima were absolutely amazing! They helped me pick out my glasses, checked me out quickly, and took the time to fully break down the pricing so I understood everything. I was honestly having one of the worst days of the week, and these wonderful ladies completely turned my day around with their kindness, patience, and positive energy. The company is lucky to have them they are truly a great addition to the team. I can’t wait to see them again when I pick up my glasses!

Worst service ever! Every time I went here i had to wait for an hour minimum beyond my appointment time and never complained because I am fond of Dr. Natu (he takes time to explain you things) and Latanya is also cordial to deal with. Today my daughter was turned down by them just because we were 1 min beyond the grace time of 10min. There was a wreck on the way and I called them right at my appointment time and informed about the unforeseen delay. I parked just 1 min late from the grace time and they sent me a message that my appointment has been cancelled. Within another minute we were inside the store but the refused. If you are so strict about your timings why doesn’t it apply to the patients when they are waiting? Is their time worthless? I am sure if I would have reached on time also I would have waited for an hour so what difference does it make if I am 10min late? The doctor was still with the previous patient. My last appointment was at 3pm and I was seen at 4:15pm and they took a patient inside for 30min who came after me, telling that its a follow up. The staff even threatened to call the police on me when I was arguing. Is this the way you treat your patients? Not sure what the staff spoke to Dr. Natu inside but very disappointed with him for turning my daughter down because she is in need of annual checkup and contact lens prescription renewal..

Love this location! We felt welcomed from the start, and the team was professional, patient, and so friendly especially with my toddlers running around. They made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend! Coming back to see Latanya and Alasha!
