I really enjoyed my experience at the store. Both Irene and Quita provided amazing service and made my visit a highlight of my day. They were both extremely welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout my entire visit. Their positive attitudes and attention to detail truly stood out. It’s not often that you encounter two people who are equally committed to providing such a great customer experience. Irene and Quita are a wonderful representation of what exceptional customer service should look like, and I sincerely appreciate the care they showed me.

My America's Best at Mableton is the best! From Irene who greets us at the front desk, to Manager Quita and Asha, my cousin Dorothy and I received the greatest service ever! These ladies go above and beyond the call of duty. They were so professional and sweet. We would recommend them to all. Please keep up the good work ladies! May God bless you all! Sheila Watkins
From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. The receptionist appeared visibly annoyed and gave the impression that helping customers was an inconvenience. She also had a large lip piercing in the center of her lower lip. While I understand personal style varies, I personally felt that her overall presentation and demeanor did not reflect the level of professionalism I expect from a healthcare provider, and it left a poor first impression. The eye exam itself felt rushed. I had several questions about my vision and prescription, but the doctor didn’t take the time to provide clear explanations or make sure I understood the results. The biggest frustration came when I was being fitted for my glasses. The associate assisting me was constantly leaving the desk to handle unrelated tasks, including getting water, adjusting the thermostat, and helping other customers. Because of these repeated interruptions, what should have been a straightforward visit stretched to nearly two hours. To make matters worse, no one clearly explained the cost of my glasses before moving forward. When I later called the store for clarification, I was left on hold for approximately 30 minutes before the call was disconnected. What concerned me the most was that when I needed assistance removing my contact lenses, I was told the location didn’t have the necessary equipment and that the doctor who did have the proper tools wasn’t on site. I was genuinely surprised that an eye care clinic couldn’t provide what I considered to be basic assistance for a patient needing help with contact lenses. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, inadequate preparation, and inefficient service made this an extremely frustrating experience. I cannot recommend this location based on my experience, and I hope management takes these concerns seriously because customers deserve to feel welcomed, informed, and properly cared for.
Worst "America's Best" experience I have ever had. The wait time is ridiculous. The receptionist (Irene)customer service was awful. Wait times were even worse. The manager (Tequita) just shut her door and ate while waiting area was full of patients. A better system is desperately needed. I have been coming to "America's Best" for awhile. I will NOT be returning to this location. If you come here pack lunch and dinner!!! **** Just found out my daughter is not covered as we are sitting in the chair. Waste of my time. That would of been nice to know when I made the appointment.
I’ve been to multiple America’s Best locations, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. I saw the negative reviews beforehand, but I decided to give this location the benefit of the doubt since it’s the closest to me. Unfortunately, the reviews were accurate. I scheduled a 9:50 AM appointment and arrived at 9:45 AM. From the beginning, it was obvious the location was understaffed. The employee helping me was also assisting three other customers at the same time. During intake, I repeatedly stated that I wanted to join the Eyecare Club and that I only wanted contact lenses, no glasses. Despite this, the employee insisted it was “procedure” to choose glasses first because the Eyecare Club requires both glasses and contacts. I explained that I’ve been an Eyecare Club member before and was never required to purchase glasses. After intake, I wasn’t seen by the doctor until around 10:50 AM. My exam itself was quick, but then I waited another 20 minutes just to check out. At checkout, I again stated that I wanted the Eyecare Club membership and asked about the price difference between a 6-month and 1-year supply of contacts. The employee spent about 10 minutes trying to calculate the difference, then another 15 minutes trying to figure out how to charge me correctly for the 6-month supply. I finally left around 11:35 AM, but when I checked my receipt in the car, I realized I had been charged $130 for a new client eye exam instead of the $129 Eyecare Club membership I repeatedly requested. I had to go back inside to get it corrected. Another employee then told me I owed an additional $7. At that point, I questioned why I would owe anything when the Eyecare Club is advertised as $129. She claimed the price had increased to $150 “a couple months ago.” When I told her the website still showed $129, she insisted I must have seen that a couple days ago. I literally pulled up the America’s Best website in front of them showing the current advertised price of $129. Eventually, they refunded me $21 in cash and told me I was enrolled in the Eyecare Club. Honestly, I still don’t know if I’m actually enrolled because the entire process was so disorganized. At that point it was 12:00 PM and I didn’t want to waste another minute there, so I left. If you’re able to drive to the Smyrna, Douglasville, or Hiram locations instead, I highly recommend doing that. I will not be returning to this location.
