As soon as we walked in we were greeted with smiling faces and found the girls to be super helpful - the optometrist we saw was nice as well - within 2 weeks our glasses were ready as promised and we had the same positive experience! I feel like people are so quick to hand out a negative review anymore but overall I noticed the Meridian location had better reviews than a location closer to where I live so I went in and wasn’t disappointed! Thank you America’s Best Meridian for your exceptional service and today Heather helped us out for our pick - keep being amazing!

The online appointment was quick and easy. The website was easy to navigate and understand. My appointment was a breeze…I was greeted as I walked in and didn’t have to wait long for my eye exam with a real orthodontist. They have the latest equipment and everyone is friendly. I was not rushed through at any point and the doc patiently answered all of my questions. After that, I picked out some glasses from their large selection and went home. About a week later, my glasses arrived and everything was perfect from beginning to end. I got two pairs. One for reading and one for driving. All for just under a hundred bucks!!!
Lens quality is terrible. I don't know if whoever they use for lenses is location specific but all the glasses that I have gotten at my local America's Best have had lenses that have been absolutely destroyed within a few months. They look like I clean them with sandpaper. I treat my glasses well and only use spray on lens cleaner with a lens cleaning cloth. I keep them in the case. I have had $5 gas station sunglasses for over 5 years that I just toss in my purse that look better than these prescription lenses after 2 to 3 months of careful use and cleaning. It's like all the coatings just come off with proper cleaning. I have taken a pair back in and they tried to tell me it was my fault because I had used a pre-moistened lens cleaning wipe less than five times. After some arguing they agreed to replace the lenses because they were only 3 months old. I did not use any pre-moistened lens wipes on the replacement lenses just to be sure and the exact same thing happened to these lenses within 3 months as well. I only use the lens cleaner I bought in store at America's Best. I have glasses that I bought from an online retailer and from Costco within a month time frame from when I purchased the America's Best glasses and they all have perfect lenses still (now about 7 months out). I care for all of my glasses the same way so it is most definitely the lens quality of the America's Best glasses. I would give zero stars for lens quality, but they do get stars for an accurate prescription/exam and unfortunately I really like their frame selection. It's too bad I would never go back. I did not take my glasses back in again to ask for another replacement after the second 3 months because it felt pointless.... I didn't feel like arguing again and know they will just be destroyed in another 3 months anyway so it's not really worth the headache.
Something’s automatic location they were very very fast paced and rushing and the price was the same with my insurance through this location as it was without insurance at the Napa location somehow my free eye exam now is $50 with insurance. I would not recommend this location.
Love these guys. I get the best service and glasses. Prices are good. But I really go back for the service. I go in once in awhile just to get my glasses adjusted and cleaned and they are so happy to help. I highly recommend America’s Best in Meridian.
