Walmart Vision Center

This location has great service. Lyudmila Montoya, the vision center manager, was exceptionally helpful and patient when it came to assisting with ordering my actual eyewear, articulating and explaining costs, and overall made the entire process super enjoyable. I highly recommend this location if you are in search of eyewear. 10/10 service.

Amazing service at this location!!! 5+ stars!! 🌟 This was my first time in any Walmart Vision, but they exceeded my expectations. The Optometrist was so kind, caring, and helpful to make sure everything was working and feeling good. He explained everything which I really appreciated and made me feel valued as a customer and was very personable and kind to my kids as well! The ladies in the vision center (Joyce and Summer!), were extremely kind to my three kiddos and I. They went above and beyond to make sure we were all taken care of, were so kind and joyful, and even gave my kiddos an “eye ball”(squishy ball that looks like an eye haha) the kids absolutely loved it. Taking my three kids anywhere and for an extended period of time can be hard and boring for them, but the whole center helped make this a great experience for us all! Can’t recommend them enough! Glasses come back so quickly and lots of really nice options for all price ranges! Excellent help with figuring out what your insurance covers as well. Definitely the best experience I’ve had at ANY eye doctor/vision center. Would give more stars if I could. :)

The optometrist Dr. Preen was very pleasant and kind. Melody at check in/check out counter was very helpful and kind. Joyce was very helpful in picking out my frames and getting prices for my lenses. Camden set my appointment and was very informative and pleasant. I will recommend this office to anyone in need of the services offered. Thank you all for the great experience.

When I set up the appointment, I was with a person training. And she was so sweet and enjoyable. When I went to my appointment today, she remembered my name and greeted me warmly. The assistant to the doctor was so funny, and I won the staring contest in the machine. The doctor was wonderful, and had so much knowledge and really enjoyed his job. I would recommend this place to anyone.

From the get go I was impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff. Started with my eye exam with Dr Russell Gray OD and his assistant he spent quality time put me through various eye exams then handed me off to the Vision Center staff Joyce C. and Summer B.they found the perfect eye glass frames for my wife and ordered new lenses for my existing glasses. Fast forward about three days my lenses came in and my old tired lenses replaced and thanks to Russell my vision is so much better! My take away from my experience was wow! professional service at the Walmart may have saved me a couple hundred on eyewear and quality lenses and frames. For just $20.00 a year free replacement for scratched lenses and nose cushion replacement I highly recommend this vision center.
