I was very pleased with how courteous fast and professional they were. I didn't have an appointment I came as a walk-in to set an appointment as well as get some advice. The gentleman who helped me Mr Norman Gardner was extremely knowledgeable about eyes pertaining to the glasses. I listen to him speak to other people and I noticed how he took his time and explained everything to me as well as them. It makes a big difference when someone explains what's going on or what caused it or how they're going to fix it. ( Glasseye or contacts ) I would definitely revisit this store and I advise you to visit the store as well even if you have to go a little bit out of your way it's worth it. I visited other eye stores but this one I will call my home store

I went to the Clinton MD location today to take advantage of the Pair bundle. The location is biggerr than it seems and very clean. Isaiah and Ethan were very helpful. I made my purchase and look forward to working with them again. Very good customer service, noticeable when it was directed to me and other customers.

I have not yet visited this location, however Ethan, the General Manager, helped me tremendously over the phone. I explained the experience I had at another office from the same company, and he took the time to listen and address all of my concerns. He was extremely helpful, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. Thanks to him, I was able to place an order for my daughter’s contacts without any issues. I am truly grateful for his help and excellent customer service.

I visited this facility earlier this week and although it was a little hectic (seems they were very short staffed) the Asst Mgr was very professional and patient with us. We had several circumstances that made our visit unique and he patiently explained what options were available. He was also training a new employee and their pleasant demeanor was the only thing that kept me from being frustrated, as they were so busy and the wait was longer than expected.

The customer service at America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses in Clinton,Md was great. Mr. Norman Gardner was very attentive to the style of glasses I was looking for as well as patience. I'm big on customer service and Mr. Gardner gets a 5 star plus 5 additional stars for great customer service. Kudos to America's Beat you hired a keeper. 🙂
