This place is the an absolute embarrassment to their company! I have never experienced such poor customer service. My husband had to warranty a pair of glasses and they lost the order and it took over 8 weeks plus countless phone conversations to even get them on order. “Oh that person doesn’t work here anymore that is why they lost the order as no one followed up on the order”. Then my husband got another pair and the same thing happened when he warranted the next pair we are still waiting for them and about 5 weeks gone calls in. No excuses as to why the second pair are as not on order. This place is the worst I will never go there again!

Absolutely fantastic patient experience. The receptionist, the technician, Dr. Kim and the billing technician were great. Easy online scheduling. I am very particular about vision clarity. Explained my concern to the doctor who was very empathetic.

Horrible. I went there to get the eye glasses as advertised. Everything seem fine until you pay. They got me paid extra for protection which not let me know in advance. Call back to remove protection they said yes i can removed it but later on they deny and said it can’t be removed. They promised 2 weeks but 3 weeks still not ready to pick up. A pack of 2. 1 come another 1 not come and said they ship wrong one have to send back. And went to pick up again the guy have to adjust it but he broke it and have to order new one. What a mess!!!???

Americas best is a great place to get your glasses. They have a great variety of specs I recommend anyone to go there. Especially mike he knows his job so well and he makes it easy to get glasses and continue on with your day.

Ariel at the Rochester road near Avon road in Rochester Hills location was once again great helping me out to order darker prescription sunglasses. My third visit with her today. Always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
