Not a great experience ! Had a damaged pair of glasses that I purchased there. I walk in and they basically made me feel like I was troubling them I had purchased a protective service plan that’s most likely expired but they wouldn’t even take a minute to pull up my account. The sales guy wouldn’t even sit down and chat , he’s like “its bent and not repairable looks like you gotta buy another pair “ I probably would’ve considered buying another pair but they were so abrupt with me I left the building Need some work on customer service

An ocean wave in Hawaii stole my contacts the first day of my vacation. I called this store as it's my usual eye exam place and they were incredibly helpful. Courtney was able to get my prescription faxed to a Costco in Maui, and saved our vacation! Over the top customer service, won't go anywhere else again.

I came in because I had something in my eye and I also need a glasses, the doctor within seconds instantly knew what was wrong with my eye (ulcer) and even told me where it was hurting without telling him any information. Not only did I get my prescription right then and there but I walked out getting two new pairs of glasses in the eye exam for a whole $105 after tax. I am very grateful and thankful!
