I finally found time in my busy schedule to go to eye doctor in the past 5 years. I use to go to one close to my house by target. And then bought glasses at target vision center and I didn’t like their glasses. My friend recommended me Lense crafters. And he said they are all in one place and it’s more precise. I drove 25 min from my house to Lense Crafters in Ovelrand Park. My appointment was less than 10 min. I feel like doctor didn’t even feel like he wants to be there. So I needed glasses and I asked for contacts. He asked me if I ever try contacts before and I said yes 5 years ago. He gave me a box and send me home. When I was leaving they charged me $130 for contact lenses fitting. Insurance covered the rest. Not sure what kind of fitting was it. I’d dint put them on there and doctor didn’t bother to check there if they were the right ones for me. That was 7 month ago. I still didn’t get my glasses and contacts weren’t good for me. I am so disappointed because I am a very busy person and barely have any free time to take care myself. And now I will probably have to make another appointment to do contact lenses fitting the real one. Just like my friends did at Discover. They actually did put them on at the doctors office and doctor checked if they fit right. So I don’t like to complain but definitely not be recommending Lense Crafters to anyone.

I made an appointment, said I wanted eye exam/glasses came for appt. Was told no Dr. In, in fact ALL Dr. Out of offices all week. Then I was questioned I like I was the one who made the scheduling error: Did I say I wanted an exam, what location did I call, because they wanted oh so bad to blame me for their mistake! But it was them! You know if a customer misses an appointment u charge us, do I get to charge you, it took time and energy and I am recovering from surgery so a great deal of pain too. Then you asked me did I want to reschedule, really, i mean really! So I sat in your parking lot and made another appointment with a DIFFERENT eye care facility. This is just my experience, everyone's is different, I was not happy and will not go back.

I was able to get a walk-in/same day appointment for my mother. They were extremely nice and accommodating with her disabilities. All of the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend!

I was next door at Lenscrafters and wanted to buy glasses but realized my prescription was more than one year ago. So I walked right in and with no wait, was welcomed and comfortably processed. Dr Cremer was very professional, kind, and the technology she uses was so thoroough, it left me very impressed and feeling confident in her findings!

I was having an eye problem and Dr Cremer was patient and attentive and listened and answered all my questions and I also had a routine eye visit that same day! I would definitely recommend them! Everyone there is friendly and courteous!
