My visit to America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses was genuinely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the entire team made the experience smooth, welcoming, and incredibly professional. I want to give a special thank‑you to John, Cindy, Aieral, Joe, and Dr. T, who each played a part in making my eye exam and glasses/contacts appointment outstanding. The check‑in process was quick and friendly, and the associates took time to explain everything clearly. John, Cindy, Aieral, and Joe were patient, knowledgeable, and truly helpful; whether it was guiding me through frame options, answering questions about my benefits, or making sure my contact lens were the right selection for dailys instead of monthly contact lens. Their teamwork and positive attitudes made the whole visit stress‑free. Dr. T provided one of the most thorough and informative eye exams I’ve ever had. She explained my results in a way that was easy to understand and made sure my prescription was perfectly accurate. I appreciated how attentive she was and how she never made the appointment feel rushed. The pricing was transparent, the service was excellent, and I left feeling confident with both my new glasses and contacts selections. It’s rare to find a team that works this well together and genuinely cares about the customer experience. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality eye care and outstanding service.

I was at the Knightdale, NC AB office and I can't say enough about the pleasantries and kindness and humor of Joe's & Cyndi's! I could talk to them all day and they took very good care of me. I felt like I was in very good hands. The eye doctor was very upfront with answering my questions which is what I needed and the examiner was the greatest so pleasant! They alllllll were soooo pleasant. THAT'S why they're AMERICA'S BEST! I LOVE THEM!!!❤️

If I could, I would give one star for the doctor one star for America’s best, but five stars for Ariel. So I guess I’ll settle on three. I’ve never been a big fan of America’s Best because of the customer service, and this visit summed it up. The pretest technician was sweet and made the wait bearable, but the actual eye exam took maybe 7-8 minutes, and the doctor barely said more than “better, worse, clearer, not clear.”one or two, When I tried to explain the issues I was having with my eyes, she answered in one or two words and didn’t seem to care at all, which honestly stressed me out. Then I sat down with Ariel, and it turned the whole visit around. She was kind, responsive, and actually listened. She gave me real suggestions, and I ended up buying multiple pairs of glasses just because of how well she treated me. As a patient, I never felt like I mattered to the doctor — but Ariel and the other associates made this location so much better. If I could rate them separately, Ariel would get five stars every time.

I highly recommend this location! From start to finish, the entire experience was wonderful. Joseph, who conducted my pre-eye exam, was absolutely delightful. He was patient, charismatic, and even brought some humor into the appointment, which made the experience very comfortable. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and never made me feel like I was a problem or that my questions were silly. Instead, he made me feel confident and well-informed about the process. Ariel was also amazing to work with when it came time to choose my frames. She was incredibly pleasant, patient, and very knowledgeable about the different options available. Choosing the right frames can feel overwhelming, but she took the time to help me try on different styles and find the ones that suited me best. She spent nearly two hours helping me narrow down my choices and made sure I got the best deal possible. I never once felt rushed. Instead, she made the entire experience lighthearted, fun, and stress-free. If you're looking for a team that is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about making sure you have a great experience, I highly recommend them. I’ve been to this location a couple of times and my daughter has also and we love it. The staff here could not be more amazing. On our most recent visit Auriel was just the best. She has a passion for her job and it shows. She was beyond helpful even on a busy day when they were clearly understaffed. She was attentive. I was happy to see her there when we returned and she was just as pleasant then. When we were picking out glasses John was so much fun to work with. He was informative and made us laugh. It’s nice to see people who enjoy their job and that’s what makes you want to come back.
