I accidentally stepped on my glasses, which caused one arm to snap off and bent the other, leaving them crooked. I came in hoping they could repair them without me having to buy a new pair, and they not only fixed them but did it completely free of charge. I truly appreciate the staff for being so polite, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. Excellent customer service I highly recommend them. 10/10!!!

Based on our initial visit, I would have happily given this place a 5+ rating. All staff were incredibly friendly and professional and our visit was great based on time spent and the knowledge of the doctor and technician. However, I would give a 3 rating based on my order. When I arrived to pick up my new glasses I found that the wrong color was ordered. Instead of an apology, I was told they looked good and I should keep them or at least keep them an and order a second pair in my original color. I said no and that I just wanted the one pair I ordered in the correct color. I was then offered the opportunity to use the frames on display in the store so that I could take them home with me that day since I live quite a distance away from the store. I asked that a new and unused correct frame be ordered and was told, at that time, it should only be a few days until the frame came in. Eight days later I called the store to see about my order and was told the glasses were on delay because an entire new pair had been ordered (I was initially told the lenses would stay at the store and be placed into the new frames once they arrived). Anyway, after a ten day delay, I received my complete and correct pair. Hopefully this was a one-off and I'd probably be willing to go back again next year.

The staff was warm and welcoming. They made sure I understood my insurance vision benefits before my visit started. The tech explained every test that I had to take and the dr was very friendly and helpful. They had a great selection of frames and I was easily able to find some that were covered by my insurance.

This was my first visit but so far so good. The optometrist was personable and knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable and let me know the things concerning my vision. He even let me run home and look for my old glasses and come back!

This was the first time I decided to go to visionworks vs where I previously had been going. It was a very pleasant appointment and even the atmosphere was more relaxing. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the eye doctor very informative.
